Refund Policy
Effective date: November 1, 2025
This Refund Policy applies to all coaching services, digital products, workshops and self-guided learning offered under Sabrina Ahmed and Moving Forward After Loss, operated by Open Introvert Ltd.
My aim is always to offer meaningful, supportive and high-quality resources. This policy sets clear expectations for both of us and helps ensure the work remains safe, sustainable and respectful of the time and energy involved.
1. Digital Products & Self-Guided Workshops
Digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase.
Under UK consumer law, once you access or download a digital product, you lose your 14-day cooling-off period, and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
This includes:
PDFs, guides, journaling tools
audio or video workshops
self-guided lessons
self-study materials
creative and reflective exercises
digital bundles
Refunds are not offered for:
change of mind
accidental purchase
not using or completing the content
incompatibility with your device (unless the file is faulty)
If a digital product is faulty or inaccessible, please contact me and I will either:
restore access,
issue a replacement file, or
offer a refund where required by law.
2. Live Workshops (Specific Date/Time)
For paid live workshops:
Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
Within 24 hours, tickets are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may request access to the replay (if a replay is provided).
If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by me, you will receive:
a full refund, or
access to the rescheduled date - whichever you prefer.
3. Coaching Services
Coaching is a personalised, time-intensive service. By purchasing a coaching programme, you are reserving dedicated time, space and professional commitment.
For all coaching programmes (including Embracing Life After Loss):
Payments are due in full before coaching begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds are not provided for sessions you choose not to attend or complete.
If you decide to end coaching early, this is your choice, but any unused sessions are forfeited.
Refunds are not available for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice).
In rare and exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or unforeseen emergencies), a partial refund or credit may be considered at my discretion, but this is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
This policy reflects the commitment required for meaningful coaching and supports clarity, responsibility, and mutual respect.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
For 1:1 coaching:
Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged or counted as used.
If you’re late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time.
I will always try to reschedule where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
5. When a Refund May Be Considered
In rare situations, I may consider a partial or full refund if:
a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved
an error occurred during checkout
coaching is deemed inappropriate for your needs and mutually discontinued early
These cases are reviewed individually with fairness and compassion.
