Digital Products & Workshop Terms

Effective date: November 1, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all digital products, workshops, recordings, and downloadable resources (“Digital Products”) sold or provided by Open Introvert Ltd, trading as Sabrina Ahmed (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any Digital Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or access our Digital Products.

1. Who We Are

Digital Products are provided by:

Open Introvert Ltd, trading as Sabrina Ahmed

We may also operate under the trading name “Moving Forward After Loss” for certain educational and digital services. Open Introvert Ltd remains the Data Controller and contracting party.

2. Nature of Digital Products

Our Digital Products include (but are not limited to):

  • self-guided workshops

  • downloadable guides and PDFs

  • journaling exercises

  • reflective practices

  • grief and resilience resources

  • behavioural science tools

  • habit-building resources

  • audio or video lessons

  • supportive educational content

All Digital Products are educational and supportive, not clinical or medical.

They do not provide:

  • therapy

  • counselling

  • diagnosis

  • treatment

  • emergency or crisis support

You are responsible for your own wellbeing and for seeking professional support where needed.

3. Access to Digital Products

When you purchase a Digital Product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own private use.

You may not:

  • share your login or access links with others

  • distribute or upload Digital Products elsewhere

  • reproduce or resell the content

  • share the materials with clients, groups or organisations

  • modify or repurpose content for commercial use

All materials remain the intellectual property of Open Introvert Ltd.

4. Payment & Processing

Payments are handled securely through third-party processors such as:

  • Squarespace

  • Payhip

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

A) Digital Downloads & Self-Guided Products

Under UK Consumer Contract Regulations, digital content that is delivered immediately is non-refundable once you have accessed or downloaded the product.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • you gain instant access to the product, and

  • you waive your 14-day cooling-off period for digital content

Refunds are not offered for:

  • change of mind

  • accidental purchase

  • failing to use the product

  • incompatibility with your device (unless the product is faulty)

B) Live Workshops (Paid Events)

For live workshops delivered at a set date/time:

  • Tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.

  • Within 24 hours, tickets are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend, you may request access to the replay (if a replay is provided).

  • If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered either:

  • a full refund, or

  • access to the rescheduled event.

C) Faulty or Inaccessible Products

If a Digital Product is not accessible due to a technical issue, please contact us.

We will either:

  • restore access, or

  • offer a replacement file, or

  • issue a refund where legally required

This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Behavioural, Physical & Wellbeing Content

Some Digital Products may include:

  • reflective exercises

  • wellbeing prompts

  • behavioural science practices

  • habit-building tools

  • physical wellbeing suggestions

These are general educational materials and are not personalised health advice.

You are responsible for adjusting any practice to your own needs and ensuring suitability for your physical and emotional wellbeing.

If you have medical or psychological conditions, consult an appropriate professional before applying any suggestions.

7. Safeguarding & Crisis Limits

Our Digital Products may explore themes of:

  • high-functioning burnout

  • hidden grief and loss

  • life disruptions

  • identity

  • emotional wellbeing and recovery

  • resilience

  • habit change

  • physical wellbeing and recovery

While supportive, these products are not designed for emergency support.

We may break confidentiality or act if required by law or to prevent serious risk of harm.

If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency services or a trusted crisis support organisation.

8. Intellectual Property

All Digital Products, materials, videos, downloads, journaling exercises, frameworks, and templates remain the intellectual property of Open Introvert Ltd.

Purchasing a product does not give you ownership of the content.

You may use the materials for personal use only.

You may not:

  • share or distribute materials

  • use materials in your own commercial or coaching work

  • adapt or repurpose content

  • upload content elsewhere

  • sell, loan or give access to others

Violation of these terms may result in removal of access and legal action where necessary.

9. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable equipment and internet access to use the Digital Product.

We are not responsible for:

  • issues caused by your device

  • outdated software

  • internet connectivity problems

  • inability to open specific file formats

If you experience a technical problem, contact us and we’ll help where possible.

10. Changes to Products or Services

We may update, improve or modify Digital Products at any time.

Where updates are included in your purchase, you may receive future versions at no additional cost.

Some updates or new features may be offered separately as paid products.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law:

  • We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on Digital Product content.

  • We are not liable for any emotional distress, wellbeing impact, or changes resulting from your use of the material.

  • We do not guarantee any particular emotional, behavioural or personal outcome.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Digital Product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
